An Ancient Italian Artform
These lime-based products sink their roots into the history of Venetian and Italian plasters. Excluding Epofloor, they are all bio materials. Some of them have an eco-friendly version, which excludes all chemicals in favour of natural products such as casein, shellac and vegetable starch. Four of these finishes also participate to the achievement of a Leed certification, since they contain raw materials coming from recycling or recovery of scraps of marble. Applicable with trowels or spatulas, the final texture can be varied: smooth and glossy or textured and opaque.

CHARACTERISTICS
Le Velature is a decoration of the Antiche Terre Fiorentine Candis line, belonging to Le Classiche family. Averagely transpiring and ecologic, it is based on selected pigments and resins of a very high technological quality in a watery solution. The decorating cycle foresees the wall application on a white ATF base as supplied and over it, spread Le Velature added to the ATF toner, with brush, glove, sponge or cloth, to create the desired tonality

A differently smooth wall to get the feeling of a stone that reminds of the current moment, its colours and its wonderful complex patterns. Naturally shiny or matt, it can be protected with the Cera del Vecchio wax for polished and matt glass (Vetro Opaco e Lucido)
